Same Day Shipping
Most orders received before
2:00 PM US Mountain Standard Time will ship the same day, provided the product
ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 2:00 PM will ship the next
business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except
by prior arrangement.
We cannot guarantee when an
order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by KMS
LLC or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely
fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping.

Charges
We ship from Albuquerque, New Mexico. Shipping
charges are based on weight and distance. Real-time shipping calculators are
integrated into the shopping cart to provide actual shipping costs based on the
items in your cart and your destination. You may enter your destination
information prior to checking out to view shipping options and costs for the
items in your cart.
*Free standard shipping is offered only for Kinesio products. This only applies to domestic orders and must be selected under shipping during checkout.
