If you have received defective merchandise, please call 888-344-8273 and describe the issue you are experiencing. KMS, LLC will provide additional information about how to determine if a product is defective. If KMS, LLC determines that a product is defective, KMS LLC, at its discretion, will replace it or issue a refund or credit within 30 days of purchase.
